Rent our beautifully renovated 1100 sq. foot event room in San Leandro. Rates start at 49. Talk to us about special rates for weekly or bi-weekly classes, or for regularly recurring events.

Use our comfortable facility for your next group meeting, drawing class, workshop, seminar, kids' party, conference, photo shoot, art lesson, personal training session, etc.

Alcohol can be brought in, but not bought or sold on the premises, nor will my staff serve any alcohol. If there is alcohol planned please notify me of that and what kinds (beer, wine, or hard alcohol).

Music can be played over our sound system. You may bring an iPod or other such music player to hook up.

Please come by to see the space anytime we have a regularly scheduled class.
